6 serving  turkey breast tenderloin, raw
0 1/4 cup  vegetable oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  salt
1 tsp  chili powder
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
2 each  Squash, summer, all types, fresh, medium
2 each  medium onions
2 each  chopped green bell peppers
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine oil, lime juice, salt, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Toss vegetables in oil mixture, stir to coat. Transfer vegetables to separate large bowl.
  3. Add turkey medallions to oil mixture, stir to coat.
  4. Thread turkey and vegetables alternately onto skewers, leaving a small space between pieces.
  5. Grill over hot coals about 20 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center. Turn occasionally to prevent burning.
