4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp  Seasoning, extra spicy
2 tbsp  paprika
1 tbsp  brown sugar
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Using a sharp knife, slash each piece of chicken in 2 or 3 places with 1/4-inch-deep cuts.
  2. In a medium size bowl, combine chicken and lemon juice, turning the chicken until it is thoroughly coated. Set aside.
  3. Using a separate bowl, mix spicy seasoning, paprika, and brown sugar. Roll each piece of chicken in the spice mixture until coated.
  4. Spray grill with cooking spray and place seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook 5 minutes, turn, and cook a further 5 minutes (or until juices run clear when a skewer is inserted).
