0 1/2 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
0 1/2 cup  cold water
1 pinch  salt
0 1/2 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
0 1/4 cup  fresh blueberries
0 1/2 tsp  orange extract
Directions
  1. In a saucepan over high heat combine the water, salt, and juice. Bring mixture to a heavy boil, add the oats, and reduce the heat to medium.
  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally (liquid should be almost gone). Cover pan and remove from heat. After setting aside for 5 minutes, stir in extract and blueberries.
