0 1/4 cup  canned solid pack pumpkin
2 each  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener packets
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 pinch  ground ginger
1 pinch  ground cloves
1 pinch  salt
1 oz  Cereal, hot, farina, instant
0.6667 cup  boiling water
1 tbsp  Grape Nuts cereal
Directions
  1. Combine pumpkin, sugar substitute, ginger, salt, cloves, and cinnamon in microwave safe bowl and stir.
  2. Microwave on low 30-45 seconds (stir every 15 seconds).
  3. In saucepan, bring water to boil.
  4. In serving bowl, add boiling water to Cream of Wheat . Stir in pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle crunchy cereal on top, if desired.
