1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
2 tbsp  Salsa, hot
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/2 each  fresh avocado
  1. Mix the beef, salsa, and cilantro with a fork. Form into 4 burger patties.
  2. Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray and heat.
  3. Cook burgers over medium heat until browned on first side, then flip. Cook to internal temperature of 160 degrees (juices should run clear).
  4. Top with avocado slices.
