Ingredients Directions
  1. Saute the beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large, cooking spray coated skillet over medium high heat for 5 to 10 minutes (beef should be brown and crumbling)
  2. Stir in the tomato sauce, red wine, pepper, and olives.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes (onion should be tender and most of the liquid should be evaporated).
  4. Cut the lettuce into 8 wedges. Serve with the beef mixture and lime wedges (if desired).
