1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
0.6667 cup  lowfat milk
2 tbsp  margarine
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  eggs
1 pinch  kosher salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except egg and kosher salt. Remove dough from bowl and knead for 1 to 2 minutes on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Break dough into pieces and roll into thin ropes. Twist into pretzel shapes or other shapes and place on prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Brush dough with beaten egg. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
  5. Makes 12 small or 6 large pretzels.
