1 cup  Onion, yellow, fresh, sliced
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
1 each  cooking spray
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Begin by dredging the onion slices in the flour, making sure to shake off any extra.
  3. Dip the onions in yogurt, then dredge them in the bread crumbs.
  4. To bake, prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the onions on the pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
