1 lb  small potatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  sea salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 13 x 9 inch oven proof casserole dish, arrange the potatoes on the bottom.
  3. After combining the remaining ingredients, pour over the potatoes.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
