1.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0.3333 cup  margarine
0.6667 cup  Zsweet┬« all natural sweetener
2 each  eggs
1 1/4 cup  fresh mashed banana
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  2. Beat margarine and Zsweet together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in flour, baking soda, and baking powder until it is the consistency of brown sugar. Beat in eggs. Fold in bananas and nuts until just combined.
  3. Scrape the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes and cool completely on a rack before serving.
