1 tsp  Zsweet® all natural sweetener
8 oz  fresh carrots
1 tbsp  butter
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Wash and peel carrots, then cut into medium slices.
  2. Cook in boiling water until slices are tender, then drain.
  3. In a skillet melt butter and add carrots. Cook until slightly browned and glazed, then add Zsweet and mix.
  4. Serve and garnish with parsley.
