1 each  Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, head, small
1 each  head Boston lettuce
1 each  Cucumber, fresh, medium
4 each  medium celery stalks
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
1 each  fresh carrots
2 tbsp  olive oil
0.3333 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  italian seasoning
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuces, cucumber, celery, tomato, and carrot. Toss lightly to mix.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, yogurt, lemon juice, herbs, salt (if desired), and pepper. Pour over salad and toss. Serve at once.
