Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Prepare the wild rice according to the 1/2 package instructions, and set aside. Drain the oysters, reserving 1/2 cup oyster liquid; set liquid aside.
  2. Use a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, and sauté the garlic, mushrooms, and onion until tender; add the oysters and cook for several minutes; add the flour, and gradually stir in the milk and the reserved 1/2 cup oyster liquid, mixing well; cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly; add the sherry, cooked wild rice, green onions, and parsley.
  3. Then transfer the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish, and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
