28 oz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cup  Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices
0 1/2 cup  chopped scallions
0.3333 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well to break up tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled (at least 4 hours).
  2. Stir before serving.
