Ingredients Directions
  1. Line a sieve with a large, round, coffee filter or a double layer of cheesecloth. Please sieve over a bowl deep enough to allow yogurt to drain.
  2. Spoon yogurt into sieve. Cover bowl and sieve completely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Let yogurt drain overnight.
  3. Discard yogurt drainings. Place thickened yogurt cheese in another bowl and refrigerate. Covered yogurt cheese will keep for two weeks in refrigerator.
