1 lb  fresh cherry tomatoes
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  ground basil leaves
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
1 each  cooking spray
1 tsp  sugar
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Wash the tomatoes and dry them well, and in a small bowl mix the garlic, basil, parsley, and thyme.
  2. Heat the skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat, and add the tomatoes, and sprinkle with the sugar, salt, and pepper, and toss briefly until well heated.
  3. Stir in the garlic mixture, and sauté for 1 minute, or until the sugar melts and the mixture is heated thoroughly. Serve immediately.
