2 lb  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, 1" cube
2 each  medium garlic cloves
3 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  dry mustard
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
6 oz  beer
1 tsp  salt
  1. Cut cheese into cubes and place in food processor.
  2. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, mustard, beer, and salt, if desired.
  3. Process until cheese is creamy spreading consistency.
