Ingredients Directions
  1. In medium bowl, blend meat, soy sauce, and ginger with fork. Form into 4 burger patties.
  2. Preheat grill to medium. Coat grill with cooking spray.
  3. Cook until browned on first side, flip carefully. Cook until burgers reach internal temperature of 160°F and juices run clear.
  4. Remove to serving platter. Garnish with green onions, and season with salt and pepper as desired.
