1 cup  fresh cauliflower
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  white wine
3 tbsp  heavy whipping cream
0 1/2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  white pepper
Directions
  1. In microwave safe bowl, combine cauliflower, onion, garlic, and white wine.
  2. Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes, or until onions are transparent and cauliflower is tender. Allow to cool 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to food processor, fitted with steel blade. Add cream and white pepper.
  4. Process until smooth.
