1 each  eggs
1 cup  Cream, light
1 tsp  Butter, unsalted
  1. In a small microwave safe bowl, whisk the egg into the light cream until well blended. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk again, microwave for 30 seconds more, then whisk once more. Repeat.
  3. All the mixture to cool slighty, then whisk in the butter.
