1 1/2 cup  cider vinegar
2 oz  Smucker's® Red Plum Jam
1 tbsp  molasses
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 tsp  chili powder
0.125 tsp  ground cloves
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 tsp  ground allspice
0.125 tsp  dry mustard
1 tsp  liquid aminos seasoning
  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and stir over heat until the mixture boils.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour uncovered, stirring occasionally. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
