6 each  Strawberries, fresh, small, 1"
0 3/4 cup  sugar
0 1/2 cup  red wine
5 pinch  fresh thyme
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the liquid is thick enought to coat a spoon thickly. Remove and discard thyme sprigs.
  3. Let cool and refrigerate for several hours before serrving. Will keep for several months when refrigerated.
