1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 cup  chopped apples
1 each  large bananas
1 cup  Peaches, slices, 7oz
0 1/4 cup  seedless raisins
0 1/4 cup  white wine
0 1/4 cup  Cranberries, dried
0 1/4 cup  apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
1 tsp  brown sugar
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over low heat stirring occasionally for 1 hour. Cool completely.
  2. Can be kept for a week when refrigerated, 3 weeks when frozen, or canned in the same sterilizing method used to can mincemeat.
