4 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0.3333 cup  frozen sweet corn kernels
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0.125 tsp  ground coriander
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Seed and chop the jalapenos, then toss with remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve immediately, or chill, and serve the next day.
