2 1/2 tbsp  horseradish
1 tsp  sea salt
0 1/4 cup  white wine vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a container or jar and refrigerate.
