1 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 each  honey
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 lb  Potatoes, white, baby, cooked
  1. Preheat the grill to high, if using.
  2. Combine the mustard, honey and soy sauce and mix together. Toss the potatoes in the mustard mixture and thread them onto skewers. (If you use wooden ones, you will need to presoak them for 20 minutes first).
  3. Cook on the grill, or under a medium hot broiler, for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until charred crisp and golden brown.
