1 lb  Chicken, ground, raw
1 tbsp  olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  red hot chile peppers
0 1/2 oz  fresh mint
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
4 g  Buns, hamburger
4 piece  fresh tomato slices
  1. Preheat broiler or grill to medium high.
  2. In large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic, hot pepper, mint, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Brush lightly with oil.
  4. Broil or grill for 5 minutes per side, until well browned and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Serve in hamburger buns with sliced tomatoes.
