2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
3 tsp  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 tsp  sesame oil
16 cup  Lettuce, leaf, shredded
1 each  medium pears
1 each  red onion
0 1/4 cup  crumbled blue cheese
  1. Mix sherry, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to make salad dressing.
  2. Arrange greens, pear, strawberries, and onion on each salad plate.
  3. Pour salad dressing over salads and sprinkle with blue cheese.
