12 each  large hard-boiled eggs
0 1/4 cup  blue cheese
1/2 cup  mayonnaise
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  tabasco sauce
1 pinch  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  celery seeds
2 tsp  fresh chopped celery
  1. Gently slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in medium mixing bowl.
  2. With fork or potato masher, blend yolks with blue cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.
  3. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg halves. Garnish with diced celery.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
