12 each  large hard-boiled eggs
0 1/2 each  blue cheese
0 1/4 cup  mayonnaise
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  tabasco sauce
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  celery salt
2 each  medium celery stalks
  1. Remove yolks from halved eggs into medium bowl. mash up the yolks and mix with all other ingredients except diced celery.
  2. Mash yolks, blue cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and celery salt.
  3. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg halves. Garnish with diced celery.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered.
