2 cup  fat free milk
2 each  eggs
3 tbsp  packed brown sugar
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon


5 g  Bread, oatmeal
2 each  Banana, medium, fresh
0 1/2 cup  Nuts, walnuts, English, dried, chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress F.
  2. Whisk together in medium bowl, the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice, and set aside.
  3. In a 2-quart square baking dish toss together bread cubes, banana slices, and walnuts.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread mixture. Toss until bread is moistened.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
