Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, stir ginger into the bottled stir-fry sauce and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet cook and stir peas and sweet pepper in hot oil over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add cooked noodles, chicken, stir-fry sauce, and cashews. Heat through.
