  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blender will be full.
  2. Mix on low speed for 10 seconds. Remove lid, stir with wooden spoon. Mix on medium speed for 15-20 seconds, remove lid and stir again. Mix on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
