Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook approximately 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in chicken, tomato sauce, chile peppers and (if desired) chili powder and ground cumin. Cook and stir until heated through.
  3. Separate chicken mixture evenly among taco shells, and top with lettuce and cheese.
