2 cup  fresh green beans
0.125 cup  evaporated skim milk
0 1/2 oz  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
0 3/4 tsp  ground tarragon
Directions
  1. Steam green beans in microwave until crisp/tender, around 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in tarragon leaves.
  2. Cook and stir milk and mustard in a small saucepan until thickened, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss the beans with sauce and serve.
