2 floz  cooking sherry
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
3 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  sesame oil
16 cup  Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded
1 each  large pears
1 cup  fresh strawberries
1 each  red onion
0 1/4 cup  crumbled blue cheese
  1. Dressing: Mix sherry, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil
  2. Arrange greens, pear, strawberries, and onion on each salad plate. Pour salad dressing over salad and sprinkle with blue cheese
