Ingredients Directions
  1. In small mixing bowl, combine flour, SPLENDA®, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In medium bowl, beat egg with yogurt; add buttermilk. Blend in dry ingredients until moist.
  3. Heat large, nonstick skillet over medium. Measure 1/4 cup batter into skillet; cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook about 1 minute on other side, until browned.
  4. Serve with sugar free preserves.
