Ingredients Directions
  1. Steam asparagus tips until very tender.
  2. Blend asparagus, cream cheese, and vinegar until smooth. Place in bowl, cover and chill 30 minutes.
  3. Spread asparagus mixture over 8 bread slices, top evenly with turkey and monterey jack cheese. Top with rest of bread slices.
  4. Grill on griddle coated with cooking spray until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
