3 cup  fresh baby spinach
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  Oil, olive, pure
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Combine spinach, mushrooms, and onion.
  2. Combine vinegar, olive oil, and garlic in a separate bowl. Add to salad mixture and toss.
  3. Serve with freshly ground black pepper
