1 cup  Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, shredded
0 1/4 each  fresh tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  chopped carrots
1 tbsp  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
0 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tbsp  vinegar
1 tsp  salt
1 tsp  black pepper
  1. Place lettuce and carrots in a salad bowl and top with tomatoes.
  2. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Pour olive oil and vinegar over salad.
  4. Season salad with salt and pepper and serve.
