  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix rice and broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour in a small casserole, cover tightly, and back for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove cover and set aside.
  5. Preheat a 9- or 10-inch frying pan with oil over medium heat.
  6. Then add vegetables and salt. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  7. Mix in the rice and serve hot!
