7 oz  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
1 tbsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 1/4 tbsp  olive oil
Directions
  1. Season tenderloin with pepper. Cook briefly and brush both sides with mustard and olive oil. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice thinly.
