Ingredients Directions
  1. Puree oatmeal, egg whites, jam and Splenda in a blender until smooth.
  2. Preheat a nonstick pan with fat free cooking spray, and pour the mixture into the pan.
  3. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes, flipping and cooking until the inside is no longer loose. Top with margarine and syrup.
  1. Heat the ham in a nonstick skillet pan over medium heat until the ham is hot.
  2. Serve together with pancakes.
