4 each  egg whites
0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped spinach
0 1/2 each  red onion
1 oz  reduced fat feta crumbles
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet and spray with fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Scramble all of the ingredients together and pour into the heated pan.
  3. Flip the omelette on its side when it's halfway done, turning onto the other side and cooking until done.
