0 1/4 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 piece  Bread, white, reduced calorie, slice
2 tsp  chopped pecans
1 tsp  margarine
0 1/2 oz  sugar-free maple syrup
Directions
  1. Dip bread in egg whites, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Brown on both sides in a non stick pan greased with cooking spray.
  3. Top French toast with pecans, margarine, and maple syrup.
