Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray
  3. Split muffin in half and set aside
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, Splenda, and ground cinnamon. Spread mixture over muffin half.
  5. Place muffin on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned
  6. Serve immediately
