10 oz  frozen chopped spinach
1 quart  cold water
1 1/2 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp  nonfat dry milk powder
3 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 pinch  white pepper
2 tbsp  Nuts, peanuts, salted
Directions
  1. Defrost spinach, break it up, and place in a bowl.
  2. Add boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes before draining and setting aside.
  3. Put broth, dry milk, flour, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan and stir until smooth.
  4. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
  5. Stir in spinach and peanuts and serve hot!
