Ingredients

1 lb  frozen cauliflower pieces
2 cup  cold water
1 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  margarine
2 tbsp  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
Directions
  1. Put cauliflower, water, and salt in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
  2. Drain well. Sprinkle margarine and cheese over the cauliflower. Toss lightly and serve hot!
