Ingredients Directions
  1. Pour oil in saucepan and bring to frying temperature.
  2. Add onions, celery, and mushrooms to saucepan and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook over low heat for about 8 minutes.
  4. Mix together 3/4 cup water, cornstarch, and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Then add to saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened and clear, stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix in sprouts and nuts before heating to serving temperature.
