1 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 cup  tomato juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
32 oz  green beans, canned and drained
  1. In medium saucepan heat oil over medium.
  2. Add onions and celery, cook until onions are soft, stirring frequently.
  3. Add flour, stir until absorbed.
  4. Add tomato juice, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until thickened and smooth, stirring frequently.
  5. Drain beans and add to saucepan.
  6. Reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes before serving.
