Ingredients Directions
  1. Thaw green beans and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Preheat an 8-inch nonstick frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Coat the bottom of the pan with margarine. Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Combine yogurt, sherry, flour, and Worcestershire sauce in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and stir until smooth.
  5. Fold beans and mushrooms into sauce and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
